A former national newspaper journalist has opened a new content marketing and copywriting business in the heart of Staffordshire.
Simplycontent is a content marketing and copywriting agency founded by former Guardian journalist Oliver Luft. The business has established an office at the Cross Street Business Centre, Burton Upon Trent.
“I decided to set up a content marketing agency to help firms of all shapes and size become truly digital businesses,” said Oliver.
“As a copywriter, I’ve worked on campaigns for some of the world’s biggest and most recognisable brands, for medium-sized concerns, and the smallest, micro-businesses. All of whom have benefited from taking a digital-first approach to their marketing.
“Content marketing works by providing useful and informative digital information – like blogs, social updates, guides or ‘how tos’. Prospective customers then read this information and over time the process helps the businesses to become recognised as an expert in its field – the go-to guys!
“With my experience of working with businesses both big and small, I’m hopeful I can help all sorts of firms to get their content marketing efforts off the ground.”
